Refund policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers, and we are committed to customer satisfaction. We closely inspect each item before it is sent out, including multiple steps of quality control to ensure each product meets our quality standards. However, we will handle each customer concern equitably and reasonably to ensure satisfaction.

 

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept returns and all sales made through Demon Hours Crew are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any of our products unless explicitly stated otherwise. By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to this no-refund policy and acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on any unworn and undamaged apparel if the initial request is submitted within 7 business days of your reported delivery date. If the item that we receive is worn or damaged, we will not be able to accept your exchange request. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange unless otherwise specified on a case-by-case basis.
