Estimated shipping dates are only estimates and are not guaranteed and are based on business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Once we ship your order, arrival times are out of our control and we are not responsible for delays or issues in your delivery.

DEMON HOURS CREW ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Wrong addresses provided by customers at checkout
  • Damage to orders once orders have shipped
  • PO box or other location-specific delivery issues
  • Packages that are stolen after delivery

PREORDERS

Preorder items do not ship until the date posted on the product listing at the time of checkout. When a preorder item is shipped, the customer will receive an email notification. If you have any questions about your preorder, please email us at support@demonhourscrew.com with your order number.
